Your Red Lite Gym experience begins with a red light therapy body sculpting spa treatment in a personal treatment room. We wrap your body in flexible Contour Light pads that are placed directly on your skin. The Contour Light system is the only FDA-cleared and scientifically proven pad device to cause inches loss. This safe, and noninvasive body contouring method is proven to accelerate results, especially when combined with diet and exercise. The Contour Light System is a medical device and is medically cleared by the FDA for inches loss, reduced pain & increased circulation. The red lights, which are a form of low-level laser therapy, are a safe and noninvasive way to liquify and deflate fat bubbles to support your weight loss and fitness goals. Besides inches loss, our beloved members (who we love like family) experience more energy, better sleep, smoother/tighter skin, reduced pain, and better health. Working out on a vibrating surface activates more muscles and in turn, burns more calories. Completing that exact same workout on a Power Plate can increase the number of calories burned by as much as 50% according to independent studies (European Association for the Study of Obesity). The Second step in the Red Lite Gym Method is using the Power Plate. After your red light therapy contouring treatment, it is important to move the lymph since the lymph system does not have a pump. At Red Lite Gym we use a circuit training approach to weight training. You can get a full body workout in about 15-25 minutes at Red Lite Gym because we don’t stand around. We work out all your muscles with a balanced & custom fitness routine designed just for you. Red Lite Gym is the world’s first Spa/Gym that combines body sculpting medical grade spa treatments+ personal training sessions so you get a full body workout. Members are encouraged to track their data & progress with regular STYKU 3-D Body Composition Scans. These scans are todays gold standard for tracking and complimentary for members.

There are thousands of studies on Red Light Therapy. All of the studies point to the amazing benefits of light therapy. In a double-blind study published in Lasers in Surgery and Medicine, 67 volunteers were randomly assigned either low-level laser therapy or a matching sham treatment three times a week for two weeks. Those who received the real light treatment lost a combined 3.5 inches in their waist, hips, and thighs while the sham group did not. A larger study of nearly 700 people, also published in Lasers in Surgery and Medicine, included six low-level laser therapy treatments over the course of two weeks and found participants lost more than 5 inches across their waist, hips, thighs, arms, knees, neck, and chest. Another study published in the Journal of Obesity Surgery examined the impact of low-level laser therapy on 40 healthy men and women, who had their waistlines treated for 30 minutes twice a week for four weeks. Cumulative girth loss added up to about 2.15 centimeters and led to significant cosmetic improvements. A study published in the International Journal of General Medicine, found that the combined impact of low-level laser therapy and moderate-intensity aerobic exercises improves the cognitive function and quality-of-life of Alzheimer’s patients. The results included a decrease in patient BMI and waist to hip ratio.
